Daily loss, maximum drawdown and profit target stay with your risk system. It already watches them live, tick by tick, on your own server. We check what it cannot.
When the data cannot give a clear answer, the report says undecidable. We would rather tell you that than guess and be wrong in public.

We import your rules from your site, per account type, phase and funded stage, verify each value against the sentence it came from, and publish them as your public rules page. Conditions no generic checklist covers become checks in an engine dedicated to your firm. You adjust numbers yourself; changes go live at once, and every report keeps the rule set and engine it was judged with.

PropArbiter is a managed service: nobody imports rules through a form. A person reads your site, the engine is verified before it opens, and you stay in control of what it enforces.

Our team reads the whole site in a real browser, JavaScript included, and extracts every rule per account type with its exact sentence and page.
Build and verify
We compare the import with your site line by line, write checks for conditions the standard families cannot express, and run the engine against a test account.
Desk open
You get an email. Submit accounts, adjust numbers and switches, manage your public page and feed monitor. Changes go live at once.
Usually within one business day. Firms already on PropArbiter review accounts immediately. Traders pick their firm from the list. If it is missing, they request it from their desk and we add it the same way.
Built to be believed
Deterministic
Pass and breach come only from a rules engine executing a versioned rule set. Language models write the explanation. They never decide.
Immutable
Every report is hashed and timestamped at issue. Anyone with the link can verify it, for as long as the link exists.
Symmetric
The same rigour on a pass as on a breach. A clean account is cleared with evidence, not with silence.
Private by default
Reports are private. Publication is per report, opt-in, anonymised and revocable.
