What we check, and what you get back.

Rule compliance replayed across the whole account, forensics on how the profit was made, and one immutable report for both sides.

§ 01What we check

Did they follow the rules, and was the profit real?

Rule compliance

What stays with you

Daily loss, maximum drawdown and profit target stay with your risk system. It already watches them live, tick by tick, on your own server. We check what it cannot.

When the data cannot give a clear answer, the report says undecidable. We would rather tell you that than guess and be wrong in public.

§ 02Transparent to both sides

A report you can show the trader.

The trader gets the same document you do, and a public link where anyone can confirm it has not been edited since it was issued. That is what ends the argument.

  • An answer for every rule, one by one
  • The exact sentence on your site each rule came from
  • The trades, times and numbers behind every answer
  • A plain-language explanation, not a wall of data
  • Never edited after issue. A correction is a new, linked report.

One rulebook. One public page.

We import your rules, you correct them, and we publish them as a dedicated rules page for your firm, laid out the same way for every firm we cover. The page your trader reads and the checklist we run are the same document. Change a rule and the page changes with it, going forward only, every version dated.

Built to be believed

Deterministic

Pass and breach come only from a rules engine executing a versioned rule set. Language models write the explanation. They never decide.

Immutable

Every report is hashed and timestamped at issue. Anyone with the link can verify it, for as long as the link exists.

Symmetric

The same rigour on a pass as on a breach. A clean account is cleared with evidence, not with silence.

Private by default

Reports are private. Publication is per report, opt-in, anonymised and revocable.
