Independent account review for prop firms
Before the payout, someone should actually look.
PropArbiter audits a funded account against your own published rules and tells you, with evidence, whether the profit was real. Read-only. No API. The trader gets the same report you do.
Your risk engine watches the balance. Nobody watches how the balance was made.
Every payout request is a decision with your money on the line. Most are made fast, by a tired analyst, with a partial view of the account. Two things go wrong, and both cost you.
You pay accounts that broke your rules
Trading days, consistency, lot sizes, news windows: rules you publish but almost never replay across a full history. And some of that profit was never trading at all. It was your own quote, a fraction late.
You deny one, and can't prove it
The argument moves to Discord and Trustpilot, where it is your word against a screenshot and the firm is assumed guilty. Refunds, chargebacks and churn follow.
Two analysts reading the same rule will not always reach the same answer. A rules engine reading it will.
Credentials, not access.
Nothing connects to your systems. For every account you want reviewed, you send the same three things a trader types into MetaTrader.
Send three fields
Login, investor password and server for the account you were about to pay out. Batch as many as you like.
Confirm your rules
We import them from the FAQ already on your site. You correct anything we read wrong, and we publish them as your rules page. You do this once.
Read the report
Every rule answered one by one, with the trades and timestamps behind each answer, and a link the trader can verify.
Plus one account for the feed
The arbitrage check needs one account of your own on each server your traders use. Any size. It never trades. We stay logged in and record the prices your server publishes, so recording starts the day it connects.
MT5 → cTrader → Match-Trader.
MetaTrader 5 first. cTrader and Match-Trader follow with read-only authorisation, still nothing to integrate.
Some traders don't beat the market. They beat your feed.
When your quote updates a fraction late, the next move is already known. They buy at the old price, and the profit is certain before the trade is placed.
One account, always listening
Your feed account stays logged in, recording every quote your server publishes. We compare it against an independent institutional reference feed and find every moment you were behind.
Once is luck. Dozens is software.
Entries landing inside stale windows again and again, with reactions under a third of a second, are not a trading style. The report shows each one, with both prices.
A flag, not a verdict
We hand you the evidence and you decide. The same check clears a trader who was accused wrongly. That is what an auditor is for.
Stale-window evidence starts the day the feed account connects. Markouts cover an account's whole history, because executed prices already sit in its own record.
Built to be believed
Deterministic
Pass and breach come only from a rules engine executing a versioned rule set. Language models write the explanation. They never decide.
Immutable
Every report is hashed and timestamped at issue. Anyone with the link can verify it, for as long as the link exists.
Symmetric
The same rigour on a pass as on a breach. A clean account is cleared with evidence, not with silence.
Private by default
Reports are private. Publication is per report, opt-in, anonymised and revocable.
